such a bad service

I have made payment yet there is no installation or activation on my account i have been contacting the home connect on several days with no success as they keep on telling me they will fix it fix it fix it yet there nothing is happening ,this is unfair spoke to Luyanda yesterday, Today spoke to Maxine and still getting the same story tried to send emails and there is no response
