Sub standard service

Hi i just want to say just how beyond disappointed about the level of service i have received with this company. My internet connection issue no is interested in resolving and have been going back and forth lodging requests and a complains and being giving such sub standard service its beyond mention. Even using the Webafrica whatsapp customer service number has been something of pathetic resolution, with the agents not even assisting me, one even Ending my chat Dino Fernandez with complete disrespect and despicable service i have to constantly be the one who is busy following up on this company, Even after lodged a complaint on their site yet nobody even bothers to get back to me.

This has been really pitiful to say the least.
