Stupid people that can't solve a simple issue.
Terrible Terrible service they close your tickets and no one can resolve your complaint . Since the 8th of May I have waiting for activation or a technician to come out. To date nothing Yolanda Asheeq Mishkah everyone I have managed to get of if im not on hold for 35 mins to an hour has managed to resolve my issues . Useless I wish we had another service provider someone that takes pride in there work . Customer service is non existent they just don't care.

It's 3.11 and I have heard nothing from your technical department. I keep getting the the same response it has been escalated. Cool Ideas also says it has been escalated to who . Why is it taking so loooong don't you want to send a technician out. Then say so I can notify the newspaper and tell them vumatel takes our money but refuses to come out to mitchells plain. I have spoken to Zee Precious or prudence Yolanda asheeq I have even email ***. guess what nothing just a case number .
