STOP THE MONOPOLY , YOU F%@#$*&SUCK !!!!

We got fibre ! Very cool , very exciting, no more caring about running out of data. WRONG !!!! That's when our nightmare started ! On the 31st of March , 2 days before easter , after we decided we won't go away and postpone our trip until after the heavy traffic of easter , by staying at home and do a family movie weekend, cause we recently acquired fibre uncapped. Oh how wrong we were and what a big mistake that was ! On the Thursday before easter there was no internet and a blinking light on both our vodacom as well as Vumatel routers . No problem , we thought , let's just phone them and they will resolve the problem we kept our patience thinking Friday was a holy holiday , so nobody is working. Phoned vodacom on saturday of easter , thought shame we gave them the holy day off. Still nothing but another service request number. We were without internet the whole of easter . Thinking things will get normal after the holidays , phoned again. Another escalation of the problem , another service request number , and on the Friday the 9th I get a call at 11am , from a vuma technician stating he is at my house , to look at the internet connection. Obviously I am not home because its Friday, 11am I am working elsewhere . Oh , sorry , we will re schedule the ticket. Later that day someone phones me , pls give me the location I am 15 minutes away. Then he realised he had wrong address and seems like he was the most west of Gauteng ( Roodepoort ) and I am the most east (Brakpan) never heard from them again. Monday I phone vodacom once again who was very helpful, kept me on the line for 18 minutes while they get hold of Vumatel , was supposed to immediately get a sms or some feedback to state a time they will attend. That was Monday the 12th around 3pm. It's now Tuesday the 13th 21:15. Still nothing . Day 13 of NO INTERNET !!!!! pls stop the monopoly , stop the insanity ! Stop Stop stop . I've had it . I'm gatvol . You SUCK !!!!!!
