Still waiting to be activated 1 month already and counting

Still awaiting fibre to be activated this is for a month now. Responded to Vuma on a previous review on Hello Peter but they never responded again.Last feedback two weeks ago they were waiting for funds to be transferred to New line. Now how long can that take just shows Vuma's service delivery bad
