Still Waiting on Refund

I’m still waiting for a refund from Webafrica through Vuma, and the experience has been frustrating so far. The process has taken much longer than expected, with little to no clear communication or updates on the status of my refund.

Customer support has not been very helpful in resolving the issue, and I’ve had to follow up multiple times without receiving a concrete timeline. It’s disappointing, especially considering how important reliable service and support are when dealing with billing matters.

I hope this gets resolved soon, but based on my experience, the refund process needs significant improvement in terms of efficiency and communication.
