Still waiting on installer from 08:00am

Ok, so the gentleman called me at 08:14am this morning relating to a scheduled installation service for fiber saying " he had forgotten the material/equipment and is going back to the company to fetch it. I said ok as I'm working from home today. I have been waiting since so i guess me saying to him its fine Im home today meant: take your time and do your other things........... I don't like what i am experiencing, i was really exited for today but that quickly got dashed as Im still waiting and no call or anything. Honestly speaking i don't think my African brother would have done the same to a different race person somewhere in Randburg honestly.

I need to go see the Dr, can someone get back to me and tell me when will the installers get here, they were scheduled for 08:00am, how do you forget equipment on a Monday morning really????
