12 Sept 2024, 16:29Shifting the blame won’t work. The network provider is web Africa and they said I’ve been added to the refund and I have to get a refund email from vuma to confirm banking details. I have proof in my chats with web Africa since bums doesn’t even have a customer care line or anything like that.

Shifting the blame won’t work. The network provider is web Africa and they said I’ve been added to the refund and I have to get a refund email from vuma to confirm banking details. I have proof in my chats with web Africa since bums doesn’t even have a customer care line or anything like that.
