its been almost 3 weeks since i placed my order for a new fibre connection, I haven't had internet in all those days, ad have been sent from pillar to post, your feedback sucks if not nonexistent. as a long time customer, I can now say RSAWEB and Vumatel service delivery sucks

Here I am still waiting to be assisted, they reply and then drag their feet. I basically have my hands tied, because I'm at Vumatel's mercy
