STILL NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!!!

If you're no longer interested in offering your service, be honest and shut the business down. This has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. Payment was made, yet the internet still isn’t connected. Your customer service is an absolute joke—taking days to respond after multiple messages. This is completely unacceptable. If you can’t get the internet up and running, then do the right thing and refund my money immediately.
