Still not connected after promised timescale
I recieved a call for a new order because apparently my order so behind that Its cannot be found and activated, I dont want a new order i just want my existing line connected and I have been waiting since the 31st of march, I cant believe after seeing my previous hello peter post Im still provided with another timescale and request to be activated for another 24-48 hours you took my payment i have done everything right what is the delay WHAT IS GOING ON please help! Manager, CEO somebody anybody please activate my wifi please please!!!

05 Jun 2024, 11:14Excuse me, that is the tickets waiting for vuma to respond to get me connected, you vuma is the hold up you are the reason why im not connected, I just called afrihosy to follow up and guess what NO FEEDBACK FROM VUMA is just wanted to get connected
