Still no service from vumatel

Still no response on my last message highlighting vumatel is holding my service back and not my isp. All evidence was posted on my other review and still no response as to how it will be resolved cause this has been weeks since they rep**** and blamed webafrica when vumatel are to blame for my address not being cleared
