STILL NO RESPONSE FROM VUMATEL AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS!

I have phoned VUMATEL several times already and no response!! How do you run your business with terrible service like this????!!

I have no words to express my dissatisfaction with VUMATEL. This is the second time i've lodged a complaint in a space of a month. I am utterly disgusted with their service. I have no Fiber once again. No one has gotten back to me and its past 48 hours.This is dismal and unsatisfying customer service. I had phoned VUMATEL earlier and i did tell them if i do not get feedback within an hour , I will report them. They had given me the "don't care attitude"!!! I am loosing money and security because of their bad service! Contact me immediately!
