Still no installation!! Bad service!!!

Pathetic service I paid for my fibre on the 8th July as requested since then no one has came out to install the fibre.. The worst part is no one keeps you informed or updated.. I get the same response from the call Centre... An email was sent for a technician to come out... I need the fibre as I am working from home.
