Still no help 7 days
So 7 days back and forth with vuma and afrihost my wifi is still not fixed getting calls from vuma to say that a technician will be sent still no1 came twice cant work as i work from home thanks for nothing vuma you took my money but i cant get my service have to spend extra money on data.

09 Dec 2022, 10:38Thanks two amazing guys came out to fix it they deserve a bounus. This proves i was not crazy next time you should listen to the customer and not just respond and say the issue is resolved as it shows fine on ur side i dont think anyone would be contacting for days on end if something wasnt wrong just cos something shows its fine remotely doesnt mean its fine at the customers premises we dont wanna be going off at random people just for fun and bad mouthing your company but listen to your customers.
