Stay far away from vuma!! You will regret using them
The worst and most *********** inexperienced bunch you will ever deal.with. if vuma is in your area stay far away from these useless people. They have absolutely no knowledge and use subgrade trainees to do their work. It's all about *****ing money from clients using their inferior , fly by night infrastructure. There are many other service providers that can be used . Do your homework before being associated with this nightmare company.

05 Apr 2025, 17:25I received an email informing me.the matter has been resolved! Nothing has been done . Still exactly the same. A bunch of idiots running the vumatel call centre who know nothing. Still no internet service going on to the 4th day. Thanks to arrogant vuma.

07 Apr 2025, 09:46My device is connected. The fault is still on your side as per afrihost. Why aren't you sending a technician to check. This is now 5 days since yourll are playing a cat and mouse game. I just ran the CMD tracert and Ping. The fault is clearly yours.
