STAY CLEAR OF VUMATEL, MONEY MAKING SKEEM

I am more and more realizing that VUMATEL is there solely to make money off their customers.

I have had someone steel my VUMATEL cable from the outside box to the outside of my house, Vumatel insisted I Pay, which i did. 3 weeks later the Vumatel box were kicked and the wire came loose on the outside, I explained to the technicians all they need to do is to drill one whole in my fence and re connect the wire, The technicians were in such a hurry to log a re installation they do not even try to understand that its not that difficult. I am subsequently trying to contact the ombudsman as i strongly believe Vumatel will do anything in their power just to get money from their clients. Be careful guys if there is any other service provider please stay clear. This is my second time they trying to ****** money from me.
