Stay away from Vumatel

Vumatel has the worst client service ever. I've been struggling for a month now to get my line sorted. I've been paying for a 50mb line but receiving a 39mb. The Manager named Katlego doesn't know how to arrange or keep by an appointment. They keep on blaming Vox. Nobody answers emails or tries to help. They always have a story but no answers or actionplan to solve the problem.Take my advice stay very very far away from Vumatel.The worst company in South Africa.
