Stay away from Vumatel

Vumatel sent an email on 23 November at 12h20 to state that a technician has been dispatched to my house to fix a fault. This after 3 days of sending me the same status update that they're working on resolving. The ISP shared a screenshot of the status update where the technician Gavilon Lebuso says he can't make contact. This status was updated at 12h26. We canceled plans to stay home whole day for them only for no one to pitch. Spent a fortune on mobile data to Hotspot to be able to submit assignments. Latest update is that they'll come on 25 November, after 6 days of no wifi. They've cost me time and money I will never get back!
