STAY AWAY FROM VUMATEL.

Stay very far away from Vumatel. I have not been able to deal with one competent person. Its almost a month and 400 minutes in phone calls later and im sitting here with nothing completed. They installed the white box and its been an endless pain to get them to finish the installation. They dont care about their customers. I have spoken to almost all the people in the call center all of who are now ducking and diving me. Everything that can possibly go wrong has gone wrong. From a broken cable leading to our unit (which was never fixed, it was a lie). To the provisioning not being done (they have now sent three people to do it but the system apparently still says it hasn't been done). Then everyone says they will get back to me but its been how many days and/or weeks. Then Lerato gives me someone else's VT number and I cant get my fibre up and running. Then it comes out that there's not enough switches for me to connect to. Still waiting for that to be fixed. I am now sitting with a pointless white box on my wall.

I've never been this upset by a company in my life. No one wants to help me. When I ask a new person for help they say they will get so and so to phone me back. If I get put through to Lerato or Dineo the phone just rings, they refuse to answer my calls despite how many times a day I call and how many messages I left. When I ask for a manager I get told that there are no managers available.

Then the best of all. I always get an sms saying your ticket has been resolved meanwhile, dololo!

I guess I am now sitting with a white box on the wall. Have spoken to others and we cant wait for openserve to come into the area, they will be switching over. I have a 4G mi-fi router with 40 Gigs a month. This will be more than enough til I wait for openserve. (It just sucks I wont be able to stream).

I was the guinea *** amongst my friends and family. But have warned everyone against Vumatel. What business is being run here, where you have to beg for a service and get treated like S***.

This thing can now just sit here on the wall and that's that!
