STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS

Vumatel has awful client services and a lack of transparency in their communication. Fibre has been down since yesterday. They are incapable of providing even a vague ETR on repairs. They are unwilling to state how sever the 'break' in infrastructure is. I will do my very best to never do business with them again.
