Spoke to a lady by the name of Innocentia about my package as i wanted to upgrad to a promotion they had from November to January

Spoke to a lady by the name of Innocentia about my package as i wanted to upgrad to a promotion they had from November to January. Whilst talking for about 8minutes she left me silent...no answer and this carried for up to 4 mintes with no response from her. I decided to dropp the call. She's probably in wrong profession and seem not to have customer service. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to Vuma.
