Some of your contacted technicians are doing great work !

Even though I am still NOT impressed with the fact that Vuma is off way too much, for a supposedly "always on" service, 2 of your contracted technicians who were working down my road helped me a lot today, and got my fibre up when it was down (again !) Odreck and Knowledge are their names, they did go above and beyond what they were supposed to do, 5 stars, not for Vuma, but for them specifically !
