So far touch wood welldone Grace from Vumatel.

After a couple of weeks in war with Vumatel to get the fibre live/activated in our complex. It happens thanks to a Lady that works at Vumatel with the name Digracia Molale,(peolpe call her Grace.) was so helpfull and sorted out my frustration in a couple of hours.,she even work late hours, after 20h00 she was knocking of to asssist frustraded clients like me and many others.Grace will sort out your prob she is very good in her job, so far she solved a lot of clients probs....... Well done Grace i hope that your bosses know what you are doing for the Vumatel clients. So far i am more happy with Vumatel i hope it can stay like this now please.
