SO Disappointed at Vumatel

They are not reachable their "WhatsApp" number also tried one of the call center numbers I got from the lady that works there but no success. I also emailed them but no response since. No coverage since early hours and we are working from home, this is really an inconvenience to some of us. They do not even communicate as to what the problem is, all they know is to SMS and email you to remind you to pay.

So disappointed with Vuma shem, wish I can get any other reliable provider.
