Snails are faster & More efficient than this useless company.
Even a Snail is faster & More efficient than this useless company. We've been waiting 3 months for installation, whilst being told it takes 4 weeks for installation. Last excuse they gave was something about fiber upgrade in my complex, but the neighbor right next to my unit has installed & working fiber currently.
I wonder what nonsensical excuse they will give in response to this.... Here is the order number to make it easier for you to come up with your stupid excuses VT-22 **********
