Snail pace service

I app**** for Fibre installation with Vuma Fibre about a month ago. And they kept sending sms's and reminders about making a payment. Payment was made and I was told installation will be done in 2-3 days. Nothing has been done and I need the internet service as I cancelled with my current internet provider. Vuma can do better than this. Their service is not impressive I am even thinking of canceling.
