Slow unreliable technical service - 1 month later NO INTERNET CONNECTION

I Live in Craighall park and only have Vumatel as our open access fibre connectivity. It took them over 2 weeks to get the CPE installed into my home, and now that it installed - I can't even get my internet provider to use their infrastructure as the connection is incomplete - according to Afrihost. I've been sent from pillar to post between Vuma and Afrihost as everyone blames the next person. There is a general lack of urgency with Vumatel - it literally took them over 2 weeks to come install the infrastructure needed to access the my fibre. After which Afrihost couldn’t for some reason figure out whether it was lan or not for another 2 weeks. I still don't have internet connection - and still having to keep calling vuma since no one responds to my emails - Now I'm resorting to have to drive there myself.

BTW - STILL NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!
