Slow Speed - No service

Due to my slow speeds I decided to upgrade my line speed, what a flop. I am currently at 50/50 (even though I only get 20/10 if plugged directly into the ONT Box (Fibre Box) I decided to get 100/100 in the hopes I might get something like 30/20 (accepting that these people I have no choice but to use will always rip me off) But here we are a month and a half later and my line speed has still not been upgraded.

I pay more, I phone then once a week (they wanted to send people out to come and install my connection as they somehow thought I was a new customer).

The level of stupidity and bad - don't care customer service you get from Vumatel is just insane. They hide behind the ISP's as you can not deal with them directly and claim ignorance as soon as you try and get what you pay for.

Where I live we have to use Vumatel, I would highly encourage anyone that has a choice to stay away from this useless company.
