Slow Service from Vumatel

How long should it take for Vumatel to release a line? The line was previously activated by owner of a property who has since moved and now I cant get my ISP to activate mine due to Vuma status still showing that the line is still activated by previous owner.

A simple task taking forever to be resolved, unbelievable.
