Slow or no help from Vumatel

I have been experiencing a bad internet connection since Saturday from a download speed of 10mbps to 2mbps and less. When calling hypa call center you will hold for up to 30min or even decide to end the call I have since logged a call on Tuesday and sent speed test results from different apps till today there is no help. And I am still expected to pay for the full service
