Slow Internet, terrible customer service
I'm writing this on behalf of my father. He pays for a 20mb line but the speed is never more than 1mb. Attempts to reach Vunatel have been fruitless. Emails remain unanswered and whenever he speaks to someone at Vunatel they never get back to him. This type of service is unacceptable.
