Slow and ridiculous service

I am disappointed in how slow and confusing it is to get a new line with you guys. I was being assisted by Zibusiso Mabuza who requested a proof of address and has since gone missing and I am sitting here without WIFI and now I am being told I have to wait 30 days while my life is on hold, what a terrible service
