Sloppy Vumatel
It has been two weeks since Vumatel "installed" a fibre line at our house. It has not worked in all that time. Half of the conduit is buried in the ground and the other half is hanging in the air against the wall. The guy took a hammer and bashed a hole in the precast wall. The conduit is fastened with a cable tie to the connection box outside, the fibre cable clearly visible. I have taken photographs of all this ******* work. I am now getting ready to report this to ICASA and whoever else I can report it to
