Six month on and still waiting on Vumatel...

In December 2016, Vumatel infrastructure works in Berario, Randburg, were left incomplete over the holiday period - about 6 to 8 weeks in total.

In that time, my vehicle suffered wheel damage due to the trench across Canyon Avenue being left open and unfinished. I initiated claim discussions with Vumatel on 11th January 2017.

My claim was an insignificant amount for such a company - R3,090. After almost 7 months of unending communications and frustration I am still awaiting settlement.

I am one of the first Vumatel customers in this area - so this lack of customer appreciation and professionalism is simply poor show. Shame on them!

Good day Graham

Good morning,
as yet, I have not been contacted nor reimbursed. It seems your "urgent attendance" notice received the same level of attention as my requests I've the past 8 months.
please sort this out now.
