I am pleased to say that Vumatel has truly redeemed itself in my experience and that is entirely thanks to Grace from the Vumatel Care Centre.

Grace came to my rescue at a time when the process had become extremely frustrating. She handled my complaint with absolute professionalism and proficiency, and most importantly, she took ownership of the matter from start to finish.

What stood out most was her clear communication and consistent updates every step of the way. I never once had to chase for feedback, she ensured I was informed, guided, and reassured throughout the entire process.
