Simply poor!

They came to install the line and the guys said that they will need to send another team the following day to complete the installation, for what reason I do not know. Obviously they didn't come the next day. I called and arranged a slot for a Tech to come at 16:00 5 days later, at 17:00 still a no show and I gave them a call and held the line for 15mins for them to tell me he will still be coming the same day, again a no show.
