Shut service

A new meaning for the word bad!since last year I have ordered service even cancelled and ordered again in some sort of dumb hope,my neighbour I helped apply got the service before me I app**** months ago...the person who lives down the road got his miraculously...but a few houses up still no help,I don't think anyone ever had to start a new year with last year's order still not even given attention, incompetence at best, Gugulethu Ngalonde and *** the two agents or whatever who have been people who claim to be helping me out since last year now I am being ignored by both,please can I have contact details of any superior any...who is competent
