Show interest in fibre nothing happening

Well on the website they ask to show interest but nothing is happening I've personally went around my streets getting people to show interest I've even ask them for there personal information so that I can register them to get fibre installed but it's not happening its been almost 'n year but still nothing it's really frustrating and it annoys me while the rich places in Kemptonpark already got fibre just because they are more privlage then other really not happy
