Shocking services

<p>I have never had such bad service, this comany is full of empty promises and bad management!! I have been without fibre optic for 2 months and was told I would get a 24hour response after logging my call... what a joke!! TWICE they arrived to do my REinstallation (as the first installation was faulty!!) and they didnt have the right equipment so had to leave, on the third time they arrived after my numerous phone calls, I still had to supply them with a knife to cut their cables!! After the reinstallation was done, it still was not connected as I was told they would send another team to do this over the weekend, needless to say NO ONE ARRIVED. I received a call on Monday morning to say they would be arriving in 30 minutes and over 3 hours later still no one had arrived, I called them again and was put to numerous people having to repeat my story numerous times before someone could eventually help me..... this company is an absolute joke and they call themselves Vuna Hero's and that their staff is busy 'saving the day' what a comedy show, this makes their shocking services even more intolerable!! I wish I had read the reviews on HelloPeter before chosing Vumatel to do my fiber optic as I can see I am not the only unhappy customer out there.</p>
