Shocking service (rather total lack of it) from Vumatel & Telkom respectively

for 24 days placing orders for connection of fiber which they offered themselves, 2 hours on the phone yesterday, same today. Registrations just vanish, even if they give me reference number. Not sure who is worse Telkom or Vumatel, but none of the can assist.
