Shocking service. Quick to install, but never completes their job
Absolutely Shocking experience with this company.
Had my CPE installed on Monday the 30th of July. Was told by the installation team that another crew will be coming through on the same day to splice the cable into the system. Nobody ever pitched. I have called the support team every day since then, trying to find out when the splicing will actually happen. every day I am promised that it will be done before 5 PM, and every day, nothing happens. This company constantly lies to their customers, and nobody can ever give a straight answer.

08 Aug 2018, 14:31Now after 3 calls today, I am told that there is nobody in the area that is able to do complete the install (which was promised to be done by 10 AM this morning).
I am 2.2 Km from the bryanston office, and somehow this is too far for anybody to come and do a 0 minute job. This is an absolutely ridiculous company to try and work with.
I cannot believe that it is possible for a company to be worse than telkom, but you guys have actually managed to do it. Utterly disappointed in what you have become.
