Shocking Service From Vumatel Staff & Managers

I have been trying to get fibre installations for the past 5months spoke to numerous people at Vumatel and the incompetence is beyond me. There are no managers to be heard off and the staff that are taking the calls can not handle the problems and provide solutions. Vumatel claims that there is already a line at my house and claims that a previous tenant installed the line, when Vumatel only installed fiber in my area 2 years ago I am the owner of the house i live in and have been here for more than 8 years, trying to make the staff of Vumatel understand this is impossible. Their supposed manager Tholane who is working remotely does not have the time to assist their customers.
