SHOCKING SERVICE FROM VUMATEL

I have been waiting for Vumatel to come and check a fault on my fibre line. I complained yesterday. A lady called me and I provided her with my MWEB ISP number. she advised that I would receive a call today for the technician to come past my home. To date today at15h41 NO ONE has contacted me. I then received another smd asking for the ISP NO I gave them yesterday. I have had no Internet for 4 days and no assistance from Vumatel. I and my sister BOTH called their customer care service. I held on for over 20 minutes and they answered the phone and cut me off. same this with my sister who held on for 40 MINUTES! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE.
