Shocking Service Delivery Between Vumatel and VOX

Vumatel provide my ISP VOX and are not providing any feedback as to why we are still witout internet access since Monday. We got advised that it was due to restoration of suspended clients which should have no relevance to us. Can you guys get your act together and get things sorted.
