Shocking service delivery
The worst service i have ever received. Vumatel promises delivery within 14 days of ordering, that is a blatant lie. I have called them 3 times a week for 3 weeks, and no resolution. Every time i am told i am going to be called shortly to schedule an installation then nothing happens.
the fact that i have to write a review on HelloPeter to attempt to get a response is shocking,.
I am honestly not sure whether Vumatel knows that i want to pay them money every month.
