Shocking service

I have had no internet connection sicne Monday 13.00. I have called Cool Ideas x 3 daily and there is nothing really they can do. They pass onto Vumatel who outsources their fibre services to someone else who then outsources it to someone else. Technicians have come on site 3 times. The second time they came they had a broken test machine. The third time they came was yesterday at 09.00 a.m. they said the issues will be solved by 11 a.m. It is now 13.38 on Thursday and still not working. I am a small business owner trying to make an honest living. Bad enough that there is loadshedding and water issues and now Vumatel, which is a private company and a monopoly are added to the list of shocking service providers.
