Shocking service

I work in a medical practice which relies mostly on internet to run our practice.We have had no wifi for a week!!!!! If I manage to get through to vumatel without holding on for an hour or being cutting off they have a different excuse each time.First it was the area 3 days later it was our line and 3 days later we back to area issues.(All our neighbors using vumatel have NO problems) How much longer will I be forced to listen to stupid excuses and run a medical practice with no income because no claims can be submitted.What shocking service!!!!
