Shocking service by Vumatel

I had lightning damage - reported it immediately and the service was initially excellent, that is what I thougt. Box replaced, they advised Vox rooter is also damaged and they will action. Upon investigation by Vox it is discovered the Vumatel box inside house is faulty. Been trying for the last 4 days to contact Vumatel, even through Vox without success. Shocking service!???
