shocking service

I am absolutely shocked at the service i am getting from Vumatel, i called the call center so many times trying to get assistance the agents hang up the phone while speaking to them, they pick up and just remain quiet or put you on hold the transfer you to the customer survey. I have been struggling with activation since the 01/05/2024 i was told the turn around time is 24-48 hours and when i call i keep getting told that its been escalated since the 02/05/2024. i am so disappointed with the service. I do not know who to speak to to get help anymore
